We use Turkey twice because this recipe has sliced Turkey breast and Turkey bacon. The pesto mayonnaise gives a nice twist to this classic.
Cook the Turkey bacon according to your preference, ie. bake, broil, or microwave. Mix the mayonnaise and the pesto and set aside. Toast the bread and spread with the pesto mayonnaise. Layer the rest of the ingredients and cut in quarters.
