The classic, simple recipe for roasted potatoes – learn to substitute this for French fries. If you are feeding kids, than you might even want to take the extra time to cut them thinner to resemble French fries.

Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a pan with foil and cooking spray. Wash potato and dry. Cut in wedges; mix with oil and your favorite salt-free seasoning, and bake on the baking pan for 30-40 minutes.
